About us
A hunter, a dog and the woods we call home
My name is Alex and I hunt truffles in the hills of Monferrato and Langhe. Gold, my dog, is always by my side: he is the real star, with his nose and his enthusiasm.
On our experiences we take you into the woods where we work every day, share the secrets of this Piedmontese tradition and let you witness up close the moment Gold finds a truffle.
