Data collected by this website
This website does not use profiling cookies, analytics tools or content loaded from external services. The request form does not store or send any data to a server: it prepares a message that you send yourself, through your WhatsApp app or your email program.
The hosting server may record technical data such as IP address and time of access (server logs) for security purposes, kept only as long as necessary.
Data you send us
If you contact us via WhatsApp, email or phone, we use the data you provide (name, contact details, date and number of participants) only to reply to your request and organise the experience. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your data is not passed on to third parties and is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations.
WhatsApp (Meta) and Gmail (Google) are third-party services with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to the email address above, and you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
